Yes. Pausing your membership freezes your current billing rate. When your membership resumes, you'll continue at the same rate you had before the pause — no rate increases will be applied during a hold.

No. While your membership is officially paused, billing is suspended. Pauses become active only after a team member finalizes and confirms your request.

Can I access classes or Open Gym during a pause?

Membership benefits — including class access, Open Gym, and the T2W Fit App — are suspended while your membership is on hold. You'll regain full access the day your membership resumes.
